We are a matrimonial introduction agency located in
Guadalajara, Mexico. In January of 2000, we determined that Guadalajara
would be the ideal location for an introduction agency, for men seeking and
an alternative to North American women for the following reasons:
Close proximity to the US and Canada
- Guadalajara is 3 hours by plane from LA, 2 ½ from Houston and a little over 3 hours from Atlanta. There are also direct flights from Chicago, Phoenix, San Francisco, Oakland and Dallas. And probably a couple more cities that we don’t know about.
Safeness of city
- Guadalajara is safer than most large US cities. Unlike Colombia, there are no car bombs and no communist guerrillas lurking outside the city waiting to kidnap you. It is completely safe to travel throughout the city and surrounding countryside.
Near perfect year round weather
- Guadalajara is known as the city of eternal spring. National Geographic ranks Guadalajara’s climate as the second most perfect in the world. Daytime temperatures are typically in the high 70’s or low 80’s and night time temperatures are in the 60’s.
- The women of Guadalajara are renowned throughout Mexico for their beauty. Eighty-six percent of our women members speak at least a little English. 20% speak good or excellent English
A large percentage of women with US visas
- Unlike Russia, The Philippines, Colombia or Peru, tourist visas to visit the US for up to 6 months are fairly easy to obtain for a Mexican woman, if she has a fairly decent job. Over 60% of our women members either have or have had in the past a US visa. In the aforementioned countries only the wealthy can obtain a US tourist visa. And for our Canadian clients the news is even better. A Mexican citizen can enter Canada without obtaining a visa. They only need a passport, which anyone can obtain.
Our decision to start an agency in Guadalajara has turned out to be a sound one. Our first year and a half in business has been successful and we have a large list of satisfied customers and will provide references upon request.
